How do you remove the handguards from a Yugo AK? Go easy on me guys.....I'm new to this AK thing.  Thanks!

On the front retaining ring there is a tiny lever you must flip to allow the ring to slide.That will get the bottom off.
Flip the lever beside the rear sight to release the top handguard- gas tube.Removing the wood from the gas tube can be a pain sometimes. Hope that helps! |
