I recently obtained a bunch of 7.62x39 ammo and need help identifying it and if it's corrosive or not.  It is FMJ and comes in a box of 50 with middle eastern ( I dont believe its cyrrlic) looking markings on the head stamp and box label.  The head stamp seems to read YE (backwards3) rY There is also a blue diagonal stripe on the label that looks like a flag or something.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quite corrosive, high primer failure rate (about 5 in every 100), poor brass also-from my experiences with Egyptian,Syrian Iraqi and about all middle eastern ammo
