I have a NHM-91 and I'm trying to remove the barrel nut to install a break. There is a pin holding the nut in place. How do I remove it to get the nut off?

You can try to drill from the oppoite side and drive it out. Or if your really good, a dremel cutoff disk will work. Keep up with your parts count.

is the pin on the top of the nut? i have a WUM1 and the pin that holds the nut on is a detent, spring loaded pin. try pushing it into the sight base. problem with mine is it's also spot welded on the bottom.
