I seriously doubt it is a ATF sting for a few reasons.. 1. The ATF is extremely busy doing other thing, they probably would not warrant wasting the time.. 2. No law is being broken.. Just Egay rules.. 3. It would be illegal to setup someone in this manner.. The only way they could setup a sting operation is if they had credible evidence that someone was indeed breaking the law, and a auction of a gun does not setup any particular person.. I could however belive the Brady bunch posting this auction, and reporting the winning bidder to the ATF, although still there has been no law broken, as long as the winner sets up delivery thru a licensed dealer.. |
I don't understand why people would want to f'ck with the guy's auction. This is the exact thing that we are constantly fighting for, the freedom to do stuff just like this. We should be sitting back, hoping that he actually gets one over on egay. Not, sitting here f'cking with him and some(yeah you know who you are) contemplating ratting him out. Where's that damn egay jbt smiley?
