So i order a SGL-26 sometime in late Dec. I got charged on Jan 31 but still shows processing. I've called and haven't been able to talk with anyone to see if I'm missing anything, no luck with email also. I'm in no hurry but getting charged for something i don't have yet or is not shipped yet doesn't make sense.
Anything else i should try, or know. thanks in advance |
| I posted the same question on the vendor forum on another site. If you have a confirmation number you're good to go, they just can't give a firm delivery date. Parker said somewhere if you're cc has been charged it's on it's way sometime. It must be awful chaotic at KVAR. |

If you get charged your paper work is complete and sent to the shipping dept.
