Has anyone else here had a bad experience ordering from them? I ordered a POSP and a PK-A from them, I received the POSP but not the PK-A. I emailed their support and I received an email from someone named Jeffery and told me the PK-A was in the same box, well it wasn't, I even took a picture of the box and of what all arrived and emailed them to him. Then he changes his story saying it was shipped in another box and gave me a tracking number that was created before I even placed the order. My credit card however was billed for the full amount. So far I think they suck, I wish I would have ordered from Tantal now. |

At least they did not use the words heartless asshole redneck moron... ALWAYS tidy with Tantal. Thanks for providing another contrasting vendor example to the board. May I respectfully suggest you enjoy your recourse call to dispute the charges thru your CC company. |
Yeah, I remember those words very well. That heartless asshole of a redneck is one of my best friends and one of the two scopes was mine. All I can tell you is that we tried to warn everyone we could and them some, but I hate to see that they are still out there screwing people. Is it to late and ben to long to have your CC company challenge the charge? Sorry to hear that you are going through this, it does suck
