Big +1 to PSA for their polymer AK-74 style furniture sets.
I needed an additional polymer furniture set for an AK-74 build I was finishing up, and I remembered seeing that PSA had a set of polymer furniture intended for use with their PSAK kits. The furniture disapperaed from their site for some time, then reappeared, so I ordered a set. Received it yesterday. With the exception of using hex-head cap screws for all of the stock attachments, versus the typical combloc slotted coutnersunk head screws, it appears to be every bit as solid and dimensionally identical to the plum Bulgarian sets I have. Stock has the cleaning kit trap door & spring, and the lower handguard is properly heat shielded and reinforced at the retaining ring area. For about $50 for a complete set, you really can't do much better than this. Just had a dealing with an AK parts supplier in Arizona, not only did they charge 18% return fee on returned parts, but when I questioned the policy i got arrogance and disrespect as well. I was told "we do well enough without your business" Desert Fox Outfitter, what great place to do business.
