Does anybody have any illustrated tutorials for:

Rivet build
Barrel pin removal
Receiver stub removal

I noticed that the rivet build has all dead pictures in it and we don't have any kind of tutorial for the pin or receiver stub removal.

If any of you gentlemen have, or want to do, any tutorials please post them and with your permission I would like to put them in the tacked threads.

LOL

I know what we have.  But like I said, the pics in the rivet build are dead and we don't have the other two tuturials at all.  I, being a moderator here, want to add these tutorials to the tacked thread since they aren't there.

Yeah, now if we could get him to use his spellcheck and shift key...

J/K  The candyman is a great asset to the BIY forum.

You go ahead and keep doing what you are doing.  If anyone needs translation all they have to do is IM me and I will see if I can figure out what "the candyman" is trying to say!

Another good site:
howtobuildanaktyperifle.com/index.htm

Guy uses lots of expensive jigs that make the build easier but not necessarily cheaper.

I just added a page of master links for AK builders to the sticky links. On that page is a whole boatload of links to various tutorials (near the bottom) - if that's what you're lookin for.

BuildYourOwnAK.com

I second the tutorial listed above - I think it's the best all-round AK tutorial on the web that I've found so far.
