Just picked up my AK today and was wondering after cleaning what areas do not get any lube?  I would imagine the gas tube, but is there anything else?

I lube all moving parts with Breakfree CLP, then take a patch coated with CLP and wipe down the exterior of the bolt carrier, receiver, barrel for a thin layer of rust protection - the P in CLP

I have found that coating the inside of the gas tube, gas piston, and inside the gas block with CLP makes a big difference the next time you clean the rifle. Instead of having to use a brush with brass or stainless steel brissels to remove the carbon build up on the gas piston a toooth brush with plastic brissels will remove it with a lot less scrubbing.
The microscopic particles of PTFE = PolyTetraFluoroEthylene = Teflon in the CLP gets into the pores of the metal and doesn't let the firing residue stick as tightly to the metal.
