[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M-96 Stock Question

I picked up a fairly decent M-96 folding stock. It locks up solid in the extended postion. When folded it has a bit of movement side to side. It is not locked against the side of the reciever snuggly. Its not as tight as say a ACE would be.

Question is, can this be corrected? To be more snug that is? Any thoughts?

IIRC it is normal for that stock not to "Lock" in the closed position. If you are worried about that aspect, you're probably best off selling it and getting another type rather than modifying the mechanism.
