I am having huge problems with feeding concerning my golani.
I have one 35 round IMI mag that works great. however I have two 50 rounders (also IMI) terrible feed issue, it doesn't even catch the round, I dont think they are seating high enough, there is no indication of grabing the round where the bolt is supposed, just a dent on the forward rim of the casing. I have also tried orlites, another two 35 round IMI, and a south african 35 rounder, all have the same problem they don't feed the round, or even take it out of the magazine, they just mangle the forend of the round. I amd pretty darn sure this is a a problem with the weapon. I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty and using a file or a mill, I do so frequently with my ar-15's but the golanis workings and function are very new to me, so I come to the gods of ARFCOM for guidance. |
