My arsenal sam-7 carbine works just fine with the belgian mag it came with.  Also the cruddy promag 7.62 mags fit just fine as well.

I recently got 4 of these mags from centerfire.

They seem to feed fine near as I can tell but there is a slight bit of side to side wobble that the belgians don't have.

Should I be concerned here?

No, you should not be concerned. Bulgarain Waffles are dimensionally on the high side when compared to steel mags. Steel Chinese mags fit a little tighter on average if you want a steel mag with less wobble.
