[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mak 90 Receiver Question....

I know this has been asked before and I did do some searching, could not find my answer, so, my question is, on the MAK90 with a thumbhole stock that covers part of the receiver, how can I determine what type of receiver, straight or angled is on the rifle without removing the stock?

remove the action cover and look inside...below the rear trunnion. use a flashlight. the tang covers the metal.

drop the stock.

the u-folder receivers that got the pivot holes punched can be spotted from the outside, as the wood does not hide all of the holes.
