How is the accuracy on the m92/85's with the arm brace on them. Would a mini draco have greater accuracy because of its sights?
Looking to pull the trigger on an ak pistol. I would be running the arm brace and was wondering which would be better. Has anyone had trouble with the 85's and the mag well adapter?

I took my M85 out last weekend for the first time. I kept ordering stuff for it so I kept putting off taking it out until more stuff came in for it. Out of the box the iron sights were shooting a little low at 25 yards. I plan on putting a red dot on it so I didn't take the time to adjust the iron sights. I flipped the rear sight to the longer distance notch marked 4 and it was closer to being on target. I then tried hitting a steel plate at 100 yards and I was consistently hitting the plate. I was more than satisfied. One of the accessories I'd been waiting on was a Manticore Arms Nightbrake. The difference the Nightbrake made was very impressive. With it on the felt recoil was drastically reduced and there was zero muzzle climb.

We put a little over 100 rounds through it. I had one cheap AR magazine that kept refusing to feed but once we eliminated that magazine it worked flawlessly. I would buy another M85 like this without hesitation (and may just do that).

In for info.

I'm currently trying to decide between the M92 and the Mini Draco. I will eventually SBR it and am not sure which would be a better firearm. Any info would be appreciated.

The M92's are a bit "beefy" not as light or thin as you would think a "pistol" AK would be.

The Draco is thinner, and lighter and a little shorter .  I also think its not as well finished as the Yugo's.

Yugos are almost certainly something better as an SBR - to heavy to shoot well as its pistol form.

All are cool and fun Can't go wrong really .

I'm wondering this myself.

The only hangup is humongous muzzle flash on the Mini and the special rubber "buffer" it needs in it.

I had a M92 I sold for a great price.  it was a heavy little SOB for the size.

I'm also deliberating on a M85, but 5.56 is more expensive and loses a lot of velocity.

Walmart 223 Tula is nice and cheap and the target at 100yds does not seem to care about the velocity.

Is that a arm brace modified it looks longer?

I ask because I just bought a m85 myself.

The poster of that M85 explains elsewhere that he made/bought the aluminum piece on there for a spacer..

Others buy the KAK supertube and remove the SB47 tube, and simply replace the std tube with the KAK for an extra inch.
