Just a quick question, with the end of the assault weapons ban, do I still have to permanently affix a muzzle device (slant cut comp) to the end of the AK barrel or is that still a requirement of 922(r)? I'm currently getting my SLR95 looking the way it should and haven't been able to find the answer through a search, although I'm sure it's been hashed and re hashed over on here. Thanks! |
| Some states/areas in-acted their own AWB after the national one, and those are still in place. A rule of thumb is if with the sunset of the national AWB are firearms in you state/area now being sold with evil "flash hiders"? If they are then you are probably good to go, but I would still consult someone from PA... post on this site's "hometown" forum under PA. |
