Hey guys. I've poked around here and asked a couple questions about parts kits and various other sundry topics, and I figured it wasn't fair not to give something back in return. I just recently got my approved Form 1 back, so I went ahead and ordered a Micro parts kit. I took the risk and ordered a Blackthorne kit... we'll see whether that turns out to have been a mistake or not, but nothing so far seems glaringly shoddy or dangerous. I mocked up the final product this morning. Here are the pics.   Comments? |
Mine's at DSG getting the receiver machined for a MAR stock so it should actually look like a true Micro in the near future. I'm actually glad that it's built on an IMI receiver instead of ORF's after reading about all the issues with theirs. Good luck with your build and when you're done, maybe we can start a MAR thread. Micro's rule.  |
