Can anyone ID this scope as to manufacturer.

Anyone have english directions?

My SEAK scope rail is tight.  Tough to get on and off.

What does the number on the lower right mean?  Serial?

It looks like the serial #.  Matchs what is written in the owners manual.

I believe those are manufactured in Belarus. You might try contacting Kvar for information on English directions.

That is what I thought.  And if that is the case, then holy shit.  My PO3.5 from Freedom Optics is number 90087.  What are the odds??  Will get a pic up this weekend.

Recall clockwise is down/left POI. Take off caps, flip over, tabs fit nicely into dials for adj knobs. Dials can go multiple laps; some screw loosening/tightening ala kobra may be needed. Clicks should be 1cm at 100m. I set zero just above the main cross hair/over the arrow. Hits from 50-200 seem to work out by just shifting the target between the marks just above or below the main cross.
No manual needed :)
