I have a laser-cut reciever on the way to build my AMD-65 pistol on. Is ir possible to weld up the reciever using a mapp torch and welding rods? If not what is the best way to weld it? Thanks, Mike |
| If you are going the non electric route, an oxy-acetylene torch with a brazing tip would be a lot better than a MAPP torch, because you can control the heat a lot better. Personally I would TIG weld it, but the method is really a function of what type of welding processes/accessories you have access to, as well as your skill level in each process. |
