How do you remove the gas tube from the upper handguard?

Far as i know it twists 180 degrees. Search you tube they have some vids.

Various methods depending on how tight they are on the tube.

Hold the handguard in your hand, put a wrench on the flats of the gas tube, and turn the wrench 180 degrees.

If they are tight/stubborn, put the flats of the gas tube in a vice and turn the handguard off with your hand.

If really tight/stubborn, put the gas tube flats in said vice and turn the handguard off with a strap wrench.

Although not as fragile as Romy hanguards, you can still crack them (if it's wood you are removing, don't sweat the poly) if you're not careful.
