I am wanting to buy a complete spare parts kit for my milled AK. Are the parts different between stamped receivers and milled? If so, which ones? Any recommendations? thanks for the help Retdawg |

The hammer, trigger, and disconnecter are interchangeable, but make sure whether your receiver is cut for a single or double hook trigger. Milled receivers don't use a front or rear trunnion, since they are machined with the receiver. Some barrels for milled are threaded, some pressed in like stamped. Stamped and milled use different butt stocks which usually don't interchange. Most all other parts interchange. A lot depends on the rifle you have and the donor parts. |
