Newbie here. How do I know if my mak90 is pre ban? It's a norinco. The first two numbers before the five digit serial number is 94.I think this means it was made in 94. Does this make it pre-ban? What is the value of a rifle like this? Thanks

Yes, the 94 means it was imported in 1994.
Pre-ban rifles are considered to be made before 1989.

1994 would be considered post-1989 import ban (still in place) and pre September 1994 Federal AWB (which expired)
