I installed a Midwest Industries quad rail on my romanian AK and accuracy took a dump. It atttaches to the barrel. At 200 yds you could fit a pie pan inside the group with no round touching the pie pan.

You need to re-zero your sights (if you can)or take the quad off.

Take the hand rail off and see if its still shooting poorly. The hand rail might be messing with the harmonics of the barrel. Let us know what happens.
