it's a 5.45 x 39 ak74 magazine that was developed by the russians in the 1990's. the ak74 drum magazines never made it past the prototype/experimental stage. the 4-column box mag appears to have been the heir aparant to the drum magazine.

I don't think the quad stack is very avalible anywere.. Our boys in Finland, and the other European countries sey they are not even avalible there..
