I have a MAK 90 with a threaded end on the muzzle. Will this accept any muzzle break?

It won't accept any but it will accept those with the 14x1LH pitch.  I think you're probably asking whether it'll accept any that usually facilitate rifles in 7.62x39mm.  Then, the answer is yes - you're good to go with the AK muzzle nuts, AKM slant flash hiders, etc.

It depends.  MAK 90s were not imported with threaded barrels since the threaded muzzles were one of the evil features prohibited at the time the MAK 90s were being brought in.  Some were never threaded and still have the standard dia of around 0.550" which allows standard AK 14x1 LH threads to be cut.  Some others were already threaded and had the threads turned down to make them legal.  These generally have a dia. of 0.500" remaining, which is enough for 1/2x28 RH threads (like an AR).

I would say that someone in the past has threaded it.  The two most common thread sizes done on AKs are 14mmX1 LH and 1/2x28 RH but who knows what was done to yours.    Measure the outside diameter of the threaded portion.  If it is 0.500" in dia. then you have 1/2" and most likely 28 RH.  If it is 0.550" or there about then it is 14mm and most likely left handed, which would be the standard AK-47 thread and will accept any MD made for the standard AK.

There are muzzle devices available for both threads I just listed so measure, look and order.
