They will fit,but milled AKs use a slab side lower where most of the AKM variations use hand swells.The Hungarian,Yugoslavian and Chinese stamped AKs also use a slab side lower.

Be very careful. I split a very nice Azex refinished lower hand guard from SAR 2 trying to put it on a Global SSR58 receiver.
