Go to Harbor Freight and buy a $10 bolt cutter and Dremel it into a "rivet tool".  Get some bolts while you're there and make concaved heads on them to help shape the rear rivets.  Then (if you don't have one) buy a hammer and you are all set.

I tell how i did it when i didnt have any good tools ...

Barrel rivets ,first i put the rivets in backwards , then  I stuck a socket the same size as the barrel in , and pounded from the outside with a steel punch with a round center groove to help shape the rivet head . Then hammer away ... after you remove the socket , ya might have to dremel away some of the rivet head to make the barrel have teh right clearence .

For the mag well rivets , I did the same , install a socket to hold the rivets tight , then hammer from outside .

There might be easier and better ways , but if you are limited to tools , then most people have plenty of sockets laying around to find one that fits tight .

I went ahead and hit from the outside after everything was installed to flatten them out a little more and they are all really tight now .
