Lets see how fast this falls off the first page.  Anybody know where to score a RPK barrel assembly thats not shot out?  Milled or stamped works.

K-VAR has new 5.45 RPK barrel assemblies for $330.00. If you scrounge around you can build one for <7 bones.

47, Unless someone wants a lightly used evilized SA93.  Planned on converting that.  Apprently milled RPK were avaliable from kvar.  Been talking it over with ORF.  To much hassle to convert a milled 7.62 to a 5.45.  ORF is aware of any sizing issues.  I've already got a 5.45 krink, AK74M clone, and a AK104, a extra milled AK does nothing for my collection.  That was the basis behind this line of questioning.  Thanks guys!

Campybob, thanks for pointing out it was falling.

Yeah, thats what I was afraid of.  I've read plenty of stories about people dropping bullets down the barrel and it falling all the way through.  Anybody want a SA93?  haha.  Easier it sounds like to go 5.45.  (I've already got an RPK mag I paid to much for)

How about a .223 RPK, that is readily available now?

I assume you mean the one from Arsenal?  Kind of looking to avoid buying a whole new gun.  Although it may come to that.    Are you offering or suggesting?

Suggesting. I'll have you know, I have a Arsenal RPK-7, and LOVE IT!!  It makes me desire several other RPKs.
