Just got done tuning my RSA to a single stage.Took it to the range to test and had problems right away.It would fire one round, eject and chamber the next round but not fire.Is this something I did to trigger? Anyone else had this problem?Could it be something else I overlooked?

Sounds like the disconnector is staying engaged.  I had that happen myself, but I don't know what would cause it on the trigger assy you have, they are known for being the best.  It might help if you don't look at the picture of the RSA girl while working on your AK.

Did you follow the installation instructions and get it adjusted correctly ? Doesn't sound like it .

The adjustment is necessary for proper operation. It is easier to see whats happening if you adjust it with the top cover off - rifle unloaded of course. It sounds like you have it adjusted so the disconnector isn't releasing the hammer when you release the trigger or possibly the disconnector isn't catching the hammer and allowing it to follow the bolt home.

Is the hammer cocked and not releasing or is the hammer not cocked after the first shot ?

I cycled the bolt back and forth by hand and everything was workong fine.I'll try adjusting the disconnector since this seems to be the common answer.

the disconnect isnt catching you need to adjust it up when the bolt comes back and forces the hammer back you disconnector isnt catching it so when you hold triger the hammer is rideing the carrier back up
so unless you want to hurry and get your finger off the trigger b4 it cycles everytime u need to do some adjusting
