I installed the RSA trigger and modified the SAIGA .223 for weiger magazines. When I use the weigers(all I have), I sometimes get a situation where the bolt is held back(by hammer?) just like a bolt hold open device. It appears the bolt is dragging on the hammer but I am not sure. Added lube seems to make the problem go away.

Any advice or common experiences?

No experience yet but when I converted my .308 I compared my Saiga hammer to the G2 hammer I was installing when I reshaped it to fit. You should be able to see the difference when you compare the two side by side. Good luck.

I have had the same with my OOW builds, but those are known for some minor height spec issues. A few dozen hand cycles wore mine in enough for the minor drag to go away enough to run reliably, and no notable effects have shown after many cases thru them.
