I am trying to buy a Bulgy parts kit, and don't know weather to get the stamped or milled kit. I think I want one in 7.62. Who has them in stock...Hurry my wallet is burning a whole in my pocket.

You need to think about this a little more.  Milled receivers are expensive.  The only readily available one is from the Firingline and they run about $300.  Stamped receivers are about $100.  Are you going to build it yourself?  If money is a factor, buy a complete ready made gun, building it yourself costs more because of tooling costs and having a smith do it cost more because its custom work.

In the end it all comes down to what you want.  Figure that out and the rest will be easier to answer.

Hey Brick I was thinking of having In range
do a build up for me...Ii just didn't know how reliable the stamped receivers were. I am kinda anal about things that I spend my hard earned money on. You know, I want it to last a long time and remain reliable. Thanks,

You shouldn't have a problem with the stamped receiver.  You'll wear out the barrel before you wear out the receiver.  Do a search for SAM-7's if you want a milled receiver gun.  Otherwise I'd go with AK-USA's 103.  Most of the other guns on the market will require a little bit of tinkering to get the way you want them to be (such as adding a muzzle break, fixing canted sights, adding finishes, refinishing stocks, I could go on and on).
