It's a Polish trunnion/barrel with rommy parts.

That is the case on my rifle as well. There also seem to be two types of receivers used as well. The early rifles have what appears to be a Tantal receiver with y stamp. I have seen later rifles with the correct selector lever stamp location and no y stamp.
