AK rear sight is my question. What is the easiest way to remove the rear sight?

Look up moondoggys post thats wisely stickied up here in build it yourself - he has a post where he posted some build videos on youtube. I think its the very first one but forget. look at his post, it has all the chapters listed in a good glossary, but he shows in detail how to chuck up backwards a 1/16 drillbit in a drillpress and use it in a drillpress to remove the rear sight leaf. I honestly had no earthly idea how it came off until I saw him do it.
