Does any of you have any info on the "Tang Block Receiver Extention" used to adapt a Underfolding stock to stamped AK receivers without any modification to the receiver?

Thinking about one for my SAR-1 (installed after sunset of course!!

Do they work with most underfolders.., or just Chinese stocks?

Seems like it would be a cheap way to do the convertion......., but also seems like it will make the stock quite a bit longer!!

not only does it increase the length of pull about 1-1/2", it adds a degree of ugliness to the kalashnikov that just cannot be overlooked.

if the awb sunsets as predicted, it will be to your long term advantage to pay a smith to rework the rifle into it's correct configuration. the rifle will look better, fit better, function better and have a higher value.

Yep, ugly, unauthentic and generally looks like a compromise.

If you want to add a folder without modification look into the Romanian/East German/Polish side folding types.  They are pretty cheap usually.
