I have a Zastava M-PAP that is CA compliant, but it has a poly stock. If you're flexible on the furniture, I highly recommend it. I've been very happy with mine. Here's a gunbroker.com auction link for yor reference:

Regardless, I wouldn't buy from Classic, do a search here on site and on other forums, plenty of info, you might get a fine gun, and you might not, if you don't, they aren't going to give you any kind of customer service, in fact they'll be pretty crappy about the whole thing.
