I keep a healthy stock of steel and Magpul AK mags loaded. I am reworking my Mpap "krink" and ordered a few of those Russian Bakelite mags from atlantic that came in to complete the look.

But considering how fucking spendy they are, i doubt i will use them much. Am i correct in thinking that leaving these unloaded is a better proposition for long term care? Im scared that if i leave them loaded ill warp the feed lips.

The feed lips have metal inserts. So loaded is fine.
