Just bought a new sam7a1. I like it but when I went to adjust the front sight post for elevation it wouldn't move.  I tried using the tool that came with the cleaning kit and I also tried using a regular sight adjustment tool but the post won't turn. Any suggestions?

Splash some very thin oil on it and wait another day to see if that is all it needs

I didn't think you could own an AK  in MD.  Congrats

Oh yeah, I put penetrating oil on my front sight and I used a pliers on the front sight tool.
