I have an SAR2 that I want to convert to a Krinkov with a fake suppressor. What parts and tools are needed? Should I send this out to a smith or is this something that an ordinary person can do?

you need...damn near an entire krink kit.
gas piston, gas tube, handguards, buttstock, gasblock, front sight base, rear sight base, action cover and the faux suppressor.
