I have a kit from FSE it comes with all three internals and complete wood stock set, the instructions included say that I cannot have a muzzle attachment, why? the muzzle break is pinned or welded on the rifle from the factory.

Thx for the help

Sure you can have a muzzle attachment, but it must be a muzzle brake, not a flash suppressor.

If you have a foreign muzzle brake, you must counter that with another US part, but if you put a US made muzzle brake on there, no worries.

Just make sure that it is permanently attached, either blind pinned or welded.
