Pardon the double post, this is in the Bulgarian section too. But its driving me crazy. Atlantic Firearms SSR 85 C2 Picked it up yesterday, cleaned it, oiled it - mag too. Cycling rounds (wolf) through it to make sure it feeds OK and problems arise 1 - unusual amount of jams. Round just doesn't clear the mag which means I've got to drop the mag to fix the problem 2 - all, and I mean every one, of the rounds is hitting something on the way in, the tips are getting deformed on one side, leaving me some nice jagged bits of copper. This is even happening to the rounds that leave the mag without a hitch. Suggestions? Update- the bullet is actually hitting the metal right below the chamber, which is causing both the jam and the deforming. WTH? |
