| Does anyone know of any dragunov type aftermarket stocks that can be used on a Saiga .308 without shifting the trigger group? |
| Noone makes anything like that. ACE has their folding stock kit for unmodified Saigas, but that will make it look like a Galil instead of a Drag. You may be able to find someone to make you one. Contact BattlerifleG3 over on the Saiga-12 forums and see if he could make one. |

Is there any law prohibiting you from moving the trigger? Because if you do you then have a host of options, including Romanian, Chinese, Choate, and ATI dragunov stocks. I have done it myself, and it is not difficult. I used the Choate stock, which I really like. Your other option would be to have someone machine you an adapter block to mount the stock to the rear of the receiver, if you do not move the trigger. |
| Thanks TXN - have actually sold the rifle but may try moving the trigger group on the 12 gauge saiga. I know of one guy who converted his shotgun in this manner and shortened the barrel and it looked pretty sexy! And thanks for the advice on the choate stock - will hunt around for a local supplier. |
