If you have a milled rifle that does not have scope rails is it possible to install them after market?  And if so is it expensive to do so?  Thanks

Yes, it is possible to install scope rails.
I spoke to Chris Butler from AK-USA about rails.
He said that Arsenal installs them within +/- .005" tolerance.
He installs within +/- .002".

Such precision installation is worth any amount that he charges.
