What kind of sidefolding stock is this?

Chinese.

Polytec semi-autos were available in the US back in the day using this type of sidefolder. The furniture used some sort of reddish plastic.

+1 it's Chinese. Those dirtbags over there have a pretty good selection of AK's to choose from. From pics I've seen all different kinds.
