Pulled the barrel on my yugo kit this morning and it appears to have solder around the trunnion end of the barrel
Anybody else ever ran across this?

Are you sure you're not just seeing the silvery "white" part of the barrel where there is no finish?

I appears more like a chrome,that part of the barrel is roughed up underneath the coating

Pics suck but it should be apparent that it's just not polished  and or galled. 1st time running across something like this

It kinda sounds like you galled the barrel when you removed it.
