Ive never owned a AK so this may be the most stupid question you guys will ever get.
Can a AK with a folding stock be chandged over to a fixed wood stock?

I would just sell the underfolder, buy a fixed stock AK and buy ammo with the left over cash if a fixed stock is what your looking for. If its a side folder, you could probably just do the same with less ammo.
