I just went blank, its been a while since I've upgraded one.  Do I need the Tapco single hook or double hook trigger for a G kit build.  I thought all the ones I had came with tapco triggers, but I guess one of them did not when I had them built.

If the receiver is cut for a single hook, buy that one. If the receiver is cut for a double hook you can use either.

How can you tell if the receiver was cut for a single or double hook? What's the difference between the 2?

The receiver has a slot (or two) that runs forward from the hole for the trigger.
If there's one slot, it's cut for the single hook trigger. If there are two slots, it's cut for the double hook trigger.
