I'm trying to find a decent brake for a SAR3, and K-VAR is sold out of all the nifty ones.  I don't want to use a 24x1 adapter if possible.  Midwest Armory has these for 7.62 cal, but I don't know if they're recommended for use with 5.56x45 as well.  Can anybody enlighten me, and perhaps provide some info on the topic in general?

Much thanks.

The brake in the link you provided will work for 5.56 with no problem.

Do these brakes actually decrease flash, too?

Get quite a fireball out of the SAR3 muzzle.
