Anybody know for sure the diameter and pitch? I don't have access to the rifle right now to look at it, all I know is I have to get a proper die to clean them up. If you guys know for sure the size I can buy one at the machine shop and bring it home to the farm to work on the rifle.
Thanks guys

I know I read what it was on this site before, and was hoping somebody that knew then would see this thread. I think it was 1/2" 20 RH, but I'm not 100% sure. I emailed century anyhow yesterday so maybe they'll get back to me. I want to find out for sure so I can order the die and have it ready to go for when I get home to the rifle on my leave time, and clean up those threads a little.
The WASRs I got have no mag wobble, trigger slap or canted parts, I got lucky there, and the finish is actually good, except for the wood, which I am staining now so that I can Tru-oil them later to give them that reddish glossy "com-bloc" look.

Damn your lucky-I haven't been here for a while. The latest GP WASR's from Century did have 1/2-20 threads (probably my post). Century confirmed this in an email to me. The threading in general was poor on mine, and the last few threads were way big (may have been left over 14mm?).
I got an AK 74 adapter from Chris at AK-103 (http://www.ak-103.com/home.html) for my AK74 brake. It had the 24mm outside threads an a unthreaded .450" inside hole that I tapped myself to the bastard 1/2-20.  I found that a thread chaser worked better on the barrel threads than a die.
Good luck, Mark

Thanks Mark, you reminded me to get a thread chaser as well
No reply from century yet, but I'd be willing to bet they're 1/2 20. The last couple threads on mine are bigger as well, but I'm just going to collar the inside rear of my slant break to fit over it and fluch against the f.s.b.

Thanks again
