I have two serious issues with JoeKen and I have left a message for him to call me on Friday with the option to also call me over the weekend and so far nothing. I have 2 members with two very serious issues. I am not going to get into the details the two members have with Joeken but both are serious and one of them has much to do with Guns Network involvement. They came to me after both have been trying for many months to get Joe or someone from Joeken fix there problems. This is not easy for me but as of right now Guns Networks relationship with JoeKen is at a crossroads and impass you might say. At this time I have no choice but to unplug the Joeken forum and whether it is for good and our relationship is terminated will be up to Joe and the decisions he makes. Both members have been upfront with me and I have no reason to even doubt what they have had to say and the evidense I was faxed by one of our members is very upsetting. I am posting to let you the members know why you may not seeing Joeken's forum and why it was unplugged. Joe if you are reading this, I would suggest you call me and if I am in meetings then leave me a time in the evening I can call you. I have tried once again to no avail leaving you two mesaages; one with whomever answers the telephone and one on your cell phone. I also sent you two emails on Friday as well. Remember everyone this post is just to inform you all that Guns Network has removed Joeken Forum until further notice. Late/lost orders, charging your CC then waiting months for a "in stock" item, etc. These JK people will say anything to get your money. It seems they are running some kind of perverted pyramid scam. No wonder they did not want to have folks pick-up stuff. I seriouly don't think it was there in the first place. Its a shame that the members were not listened to before now. We were even beat-up on by the mods. if we said too much about JK because he was an advertiser. I tried 2 orders from them and they just sucked. Both orders were for supposedly in-stock items. One took 3 months and the other a month. Whats up with that! Personally, I think that Gun Net should have dropped JK a long time ago. In the future maybe you and the mods will listen to us and not slap us down for exposing bad service. After all that is one of the things this forum is supposed to do for its members. I damn sure want to know if a vender is a good or bad performer before I spend my money. Joe said the brake would be replaced on 2-19-06. Even with a simple item, he claimed it was shipped back on 3-8-06, and after I said nothing was received did he do anything about it. I have spoken face to face with Joe, he is a very nice guy, and I think he means well, he just needs to have better control of his company, the potential is there. I hope the best for Joe-ken, I don't like to see anyone fail who really tries to do the right thing, but communication is everything, with customers and empoyees alike.
