Recently got my first AK, a Yugo M70 AB2 underfolder.  The stock locks up straight in line with the bore.  I'm having trouble with cheek weld and sight picture.  Is it possible to adjust the locking mechanism so the stock locks up at a slight downward angle?

edit for spelling

No, because then it won't lock up closed.

Try raising the stock higher on your shoulder and closer to your chin.

Thanks for the advice.  I can wiggle things around and make it work, but the gun doesn't come up naturally and it isn't comfortable.  Noticed the Arsenal SAS M7 Classic  underfolder has some drop in the stock and was hoping to duplicate that with my gun.  Thanks again.

Thanks for the good vid.  Got a Sampson's Cheek Rest to deal with some comfort issues and it works fine.  Using a XS front sight and Krebs Custom rear to refine sight picture.  If I can figure out how to modify the OEM lock up mechinism or replace the entire system with something like the one on the Arnsel gun the rifle will be lots better for me.  I was hoping some one had figures out a mod before.
