I have seen many different angles on extended underfolder stocks. Can the angle be adjusted for more or less drop?

The variation you see is the original AK style stock (more drop) and the AKM style (no drop).

You might be able to install and AKS-47 type stock (the one with the drop) onto a stamped receiver AKMS if you are trying to get the drop on your rifle. Or vice versa, too.
